Hi, this post IS a rant but the complaint I had registered on the consumer affairs platform was properly submitted. The problem is that the majority of my evidence are call recordings which I could not upload to the portal, on top of that there is a limit of 3 supporting images (which are restricted to being product related, hence I could not attach conversation proofs or call recording transcripts either) because of which not only did I have to convert screenshot proofs into details , I had to go through my entire call history since January and listen to the recordings one by one in order to jot down what happened and what they had said as accurately as possible. This was my 4th try posting this on some subReddit , I did not have the time to re-write everything so I’ve just copy pasted some stuff while adding the newer details here and there.
