April 3, 2025 at 6:06 pmI think Bank can mostly lien mark the account for disputed amount, they would still need consent from the account holder to withdraw any money. Unless there is some very serious charges like money laundering etc, banks rely on consent from account holder, these orders from district court may not be a big help.CCleverharshita9298

January 27, 2025 at 2:02 amNothing, just don’t do anything provoking, keel calm and have patience. If you meet them next time, Just greet them with smile, ask about their well being. You can answer by slightly twisting like you took some break and recently joined here, you can tell real company name it doesn’t matter because they can find in 5 minutes if they really want to.Keep good relationship, this would also help you for your PF transfer and earth is round, you never know if any of your colleagues from previous company become colleagues again ๐

January 26, 2025 at 6:39 pmKeep calm, Labour laws are more on common people side, employer doesn’t want to pull any stunt unless you left with some dent or some financial fraud, if you simply absconded and it’s been 6 months already. Unless that HR has something personal, nothing gonna happen, people move on, so should you.January 12, 2025 at 4:56 am in reply to: My landlady with whom I entered into a rental agreement passed away.
