Did you escalate internally in bank first? I think that’s the pre-requisite for approaching ombudsman

They will learn their lesson soon. One of my neighbours did the same. Some months later a tractor came was passing by and sunk the septic tank roof. They tried to put blame on the driver but Nagar Nigam got involved and fined them for the construction

Yea I’m trying to get some spy mic but they are too clever. The JE didn’t say 20 lakh, he wrote on paper and said ki ye fees lagegi.

All documents are complete except the maps approved by Nagar Nigam. To do that they are asking so much money
