CYes I been too lenient. I have decided to go to the police station tomorrow with all the defamation, harassment and dowry proof and get him what he deserved. Am so fed up. He could have ended it peacefully but no he wanted revenge. Now he will get it.CExactly. After he fulfilled his lust now he wants out and has the audacity to deny her compensation after getting her pregnant.CHe did abuse me for dowry after marriage. When i refused he took away my gold that my parents gave me and my cash. Divorce case is still going but he is harassing and stalking me. I filed an ncr in his name though just to be safe if he actually kills me.CYes luckily I have my parents support. They are the ones to bring me back from almost death at his hands.CYes mediation is done. 3 sessions. He had the audacity to threaten me infront of the mediator. This guy is beyond anythingCI actually filed it under annulment as I left him only within a month cause I found out he’s gay and abusive to me.
I didn’t ask for any maintenance or money and yet he is harassing me for outing him as a gay and fraud.CI have all the proof but the thing is the court isn’t giving date for the session. I just want to get this over with. The more delay the court is doing,the more harassment am facing from him.CThe court mediator and the lawyers are witness to his threats. I have only applied for annulment but him harassing and defaming me so much is pushing me to file more cases on him. Waiting for the next hearing where I will present his disgusting petition to the judge.CThis is one of the reason am documenting it here. In case he kills me off like he threatened ,there will be proof of who did it.CAlready reached out to pink legal via mail and insta. No response. It seems most ngos are just facades.CI will have to take this step it seems. What’s stopping me is him threatening he will commit suicide like Atul if I slap a 498 on him.
