I’m not a lawyer but most probably the case will be close. Because I know someone whose father did some property scam money he kept with him and the case was running for years but one day he died of natural death. And now that money is being used by his son without any legal issue.

Tell him politely that you can see what’s business he’s doing. I’m pretty sure he’s not aware that you or anyone other person can see them

So instead of talking to your husband like a decent human being, you cheat on him and still expect him to pay for your child while you run off with another married man? This is exactly why marriage feels like a trap for men—because of selfish, entitled behavior like yours. Absolutely disgusting.

I’m so done with all this shit it’s good to never get married.
