Find a **good advocate** who has handled similar cases.

**UPI money** cannot be easily justified, making this case tricky. Try to **get contacts from other police departments** for additional help.

        Just a couple of questions:
1️⃣ Does that guy **regularly** transfer money to your account?
2️⃣ **How long** have you known him?
3️⃣ If this was his **first transaction**, claim that the money was sent **without your knowledge**.

If you say the money came from **selling stocks on Binance**, there’s **no proof** linking it to that portal.

The money **arrived via normal UPI**, not directly from Binance. This makes it **hard to justify** legally.

Better to **give up the ₹40K** and focus on **exiting the case** smoothly.

Hire a **local advocate** and **never give a statement** without your lawyer present.

Did you already sign the statement? 🤔

Why did you even return to the same workplace in the first place?

It’s like **going back to your ex**, even after knowing what you went through!

Did you check their complaint notebook which they maintain in their police station?

Dude. Keep your personal relationships and business separate

I had a really best friend at my college. But we stopped speaking each other due to money issues. Despite I am in the one always spending for tea or snacks, I could not tell him to his face. Later, i had to stop talking with him.

In your case, you must call up for a meeting since you invested 30L. Say that you need the money to buy the house. It is a good deal, so you need to withdraw within 10 days to complete the process. Pressure him for diluting the business and get your current balance. You can offer to share some of your profits (not 100%)

Legally, you can not do anything on this.
It is all messed up. Better speak with her parents and get the money.

If you are the owner, you could send notice.

Since you are also a flatmate, you will waste more money into legal fees. I would rather speak nicely with her parents and get it done.

I signed as a **witness** during the registration and had to carry my **Aadhaar card** for verification.

Better ask him what he plans to do with your **PAN or Aadhaar**.

I believe he’s keeping them as **backup proof** to prevent someone else from falsely claiming the property using your name.

Looks like the buyer doesn’t want to take any risks where you might claim the property later.

This happens in **Bangalore**. When my friend bought a property, he made sure the **seller’s son and daughter** also signed the agreement to avoid conflicts **years later (10+ years).**

                          Nothing can be done.
Even Cyber Crime will not able to recover that money.

Why didn’t you visit her place before making a buy?

By this you get to know whether the product is working well or not. Also, her address

If she avoids, you can predict that she is trying to scam you.

Do you have any proof that you given 1L as upi or any other mean?
                              Then, send a legal notice
When it comes to money, always make an agreement paper despite whoever it is (your relatives or others).

Looks like you have a bug in your mobile.
No tele operators can share you the data except for Police or Legal Team.

                                  Better reset your mobile.
