Faced same kind of issue with GoPro. Initially it was showing 1 day delivery but after 1 day Delayed.
So initially I was calling everyday for Refund and amazon support team was saying I need to wait for X days for refund.

So after waiting 3 days I dropped an email CEO desk of amazon. One person called me next day and refuded the whole money instanly on call.

So drop an email to CEO desk of Amazon.

For me they asked for

1. Land deed in name of my Grandfather (Father or Mother side).

Drop a complaint on [https://crcf.bank.sbi/ccf](https://crcf.bank.sbi/ccf) here first.
If nothing happens then drop an email with complain id to SBI regional office near to your branch.
