March 11, 2025 at 6:20 amOP don’t go by what people are saying. All those fraud phone calls that folks get by spammers who know your bank deets and aadhar, work in similar way. Some bank employee leaks it to these fraudsters and the telecom employees are involved in this. I have to say however, your gf is definitely tedha. If you’re sure its not your Gmail, and hacking shit then your sim is compromised. Sometimes if you’re criminally adventurous enough you can get a duplicate sim issued as well. You should check for that as well with your sim provider company. Trace the guy, get evidence file a complaint with the company, keep your gf’s identity anonymous to them. Then when you get their response, file a police complaint against the employee and your ex.CCoolfox832

March 11, 2025 at 1:22 amStep one, make your evidence public. You mentioned that there are others besides you right? That should gather public support. Its very important to expose a crime like unfair trade practices on public platform which by its its nature extends to consumer protection laws. I am sure you know the example of Ola recently or any service provider they get to respond on social media. If they’re not personally responding to mails then its an obvious indication, you alone, in tête-à-tête, wouldn’t do jack shit. Second step, is going to the court and ensuring that you’re pockets run deep. And that you have obviously have the means to against a big corporation in court and that too without public support. Do you have the bucks to hire an A grade lawyer? Cool. But the other party will hire an even better lawyer and have inroads in the court simply by the merit of them being a big corp. If you get a good lawyer they’ll advice you the same, but it won’t be for free. 🙂CCoolfox832

March 11, 2025 at 12:43 amu/Intrepid_Split1940 I think its a very common misconception amongst folks who surround themselves with social media influencer type of content. In real world, and real world issues and crimes, social media acts as a tool to create pressure for the other party to take the right decision. Your hamertia lies in the fact that you think a crime committed equals to some sort of social media drama like a soap opera. And in fact if someone tries to muzzle you there, then you should know how to proceed. First you need to make your *evidence* public.CCoolfox832

February 22, 2025 at 4:19 pmFirst of all, women are part of this shit as well. Jaao yaar, bhal bhar kuto in laundon ko. If you’re General take care of the fact SC/ST act nahi lagna chahiye. Take this advice from someone who has always been part of actual politics in public , women are always targeted like that. Secondly, keep only that stuff on your phone from which you know you’ll be able to get out of legally or by any means. Third, never ever send or keep your nudes, because if it’s not some asshole snooping through your account, it could be any pervert that has taken a liking to you but is creepy enough to not approach u directly. In fact police would also give a very nice treatment.February 20, 2025 at 5:42 pm in reply to: Need advice about how to do file case in consumer court #51003CCoolfox832

February 20, 2025 at 5:42 pmIf they are forcing you to keep money in myntra gift card file a case with RBI ombudsman. Approach DCDRC the fees is nominal 500. Make sure to attach clear cut reasons why you are seeking relief and compensation highlighting 1. Their unfair trade practices and 2. Bad service. Send them a legal notice + DCDRC complaint copy. Before sending a legal notice, shoot them them a mail highlighting both these above issues and tell them you are going to send a legal notice. They’ll likely jhilaofy you and you can seek compensation for mental harrasment and delay in service for fair resolution as well.February 20, 2025 at 5:32 pm in reply to: Tenant husband wife and a child are not married as they claimed to be #50986CCoolfox832
