File a consumer complaint against the builder. If there are multiple victim, File a joint consumer complaint before national consumer dispute Redressal Commission in case total claim is more than 2 crores.

Yes as per muslim law father can take custody at 7 year aged child but at the same time it’s not so easy. Because paramount consideration of court in custody matter is WELFARE AND COMFORT OF CHILD.
