April 26, 2025 at 12:50 pmI hope you are not the guarantor on any loans?Banks will harass you even though legally they have no right too. Please move all your money /lockers from the banks that your father has loans with. The NBFIs are even worse they will call you, send people to your place to pressurize.you but they cannot legally make you responsible for the loans (do not sign any papers without consulting a lawyer).

April 15, 2025 at 2:45 pmI think for heirs relinquishment deed is sufficient – release deed has higher stamp duty . We did it for a property though my siblings did not want money ๐ it was was more for convenience. Can she put a counter claim later yes, however your sister is not needed to sell the property once you have the succession certificate and the releas/relinquishment deed.
BTW our lawyer asked us if we had the succession certificate as per him the deed cannot be made till then.

April 11, 2025 at 1:46 pmTry and ask the cafe owner to spread the footage in their whatsapp groups and social networks. These places have a strong network, someone might identify the tourist and then the police can help. Generally the people are helpful in Istanbul.CCoolsarvesh8737

February 16, 2025 at 8:18 amWhat I have seen is RWA are stubborn – even with a legal notice they are not swayed because the legal fees to defend them is paid out of RWA funds, they also have lawyers on call. What moves them is an actual case where the President is personally made a party. In this case you can get a court to order them to not harass you and ideally get them fined. We had few cases in our society and RWA only caved after the court order.

January 26, 2025 at 3:45 pmHave a chat with your father. You need to make sure you know where all the investments and property documents are kept.– He should have a will in place preferably registered and drawn by a lawyer.
– His children should be added as nominees in all investments.
– If you are an adult you should be the second holder in most accounts.
– Keep a Google sheet with all this data shared between the kids, have details of locker numbers and all account details (not the passwords). A Google drive with digital copies of everything, including ID proofs, FD copies, one bank statement or passbook copy, property papers etc.
– You should know that you cannot access the account in case of death of one party (it is illegal). You have to go to the bank etc and get the account transferred to your name.
BTW me and my wife have this setup shared between us, our kids are too young but will share the data with them too soon. It takes a bit of time to collect and organize all your financial data but everyone needs to do this.

January 19, 2025 at 5:01 amYou asked the other party to go the legal way – rather than just paying them out of your pocket, they just gave you the taste of your medicine! One crazy option is too make a cashless claim, right exactly the details mentioned and send to the insurance company, they will ask for a FIR – at this stage now you are fighting with police and the insurance company ๐ but once you have a police report they may launch their own investigation and try to get the other party pay – it would work better if the other party had insurance. If you want fun in your life this could be one option.
