CDefinitely pursue this. You will get quite bit of financial reward from the bank. Start with an FIR for forgery and fraud.CExcitel Service is other good, but when there is an outage or downtime, they get horrible. Though they make up for it by giving extra days for each outage.In the first 3 months over the last 2 years of my connection, I had 18 odd outages, some more than a few hours long, 2 more than 24 hours long.
A lot of these issues were cable being cut by other providers or a moving vehicle or just some construction worker.
CThreaten with filing a complaint with the Ombudsman, and if the bank continuea like this. Follow through with it. The same banker will start apologizing.
