Unfortunately not, because of the (understandable) equal force rule (or something on those lines), but I totally get your angry. If someone try that on my sister/mother/wife/daughter, I’d be angry too. I’d ask things like this too.

Lol, no bro. The reason is even stupid. Apparently their systems cannot take point based explanation (“1. this happened. 2. then this happened”). When I removed the points, it worked.

OP thanks for answering. I know you’re in tough spot right now and you took the time to answer my dumbass question, but it helped me. I hope you get your issue sorted and the roaches of the tech giants squashed.

I don’t use Chrome TBH, but I tried on Firefox, Edge, Floorp (yup there’s a browser by the name) and also their app, and NONE of them were working. But then I was finally able to do it. It turns out that their superior government servers cannot handle points. My explanation of the issue was point based, like

“1. this happened.

2. Then this happened…”

When I removed it, it worked.

I’d been trying for the past 4 days. I am using “Others” as the option for the type of company, because the one I am filing the complaint against isn’t listed. Could that be the reason? What option did you select if you don’t mind answering that?
