Never think of it you don’t open up nothing will happen. And your wife will get better job if she goes against the person and losses job. First thing is make every person aware of the incident, ask your wife to write mail in details and tag everyone from top to bottom every department of the company. Under sheer pressure they’re bound to act and if they don’t take the matter to the police.
