      People like you are making shopping experience for everyone else worse. You got bad product, store is offering you refund. Just take it. End of the story.

        One shopkeeper tried this with me 10 years back. I replied, does company give you free fridge so you can charge extra for cold drinks. Then I said I am not going to buy any product from you from now on and walked away.

        Shopkeeper called me a couple of times while I was walking away. Didn’t look back. Never bought anything from his shop.

          Why did you give money when you didn’t get any sort of receipt?

          If network was down then you could have come back next day or day after that or next week.

              Where did you file the complaint? NCH portal?

              If yes, then they will close it automatically after KFC notify them that the refund is issued.

              If you files a complaint in local consumer court then no, it won’t automatically close. You can withdraw your complaint.
