It is your banks responsibility to get monay back.as you are saying money is in someone else,s account maybe it is in level 4 or level 5 these guys you got money blocked maybe they don’t have anything to do with the scam and asking them to give up 25kor 45k on a simple complaint is utter foolishness..

Give it back..no benefit of fighting over a land. A man’s greed has no bounds. Instead of fighting itvout in court better to resolve within yourselves. Charge him interest or something and let it go..

Check the credit section of your account how much was recieved via upi or any other source only deposits through a cash are considered safe nowadays..not even the transfer from your one account to another is considered safe ..so check if you have recieved huge amount of money from someone via upi

Don’t think you are lucky if it is a main account with your savings than go to the bank and get the transaction reversed..
