Dhello, lawyer here, under what proceure did the bank auction the property? did your father buy the property under SARFAESI Act, ? if yes then its the banks responsibility to get you the possession of the property, even otherwise the onus would be on the bank to provide you with the possession of the property, i would require the details of under what auction did you dad buy the property to guide you more.DLawyer herewell if the priest has signed the form and the marriage was registered, then yes you will be considered married under HMA, so i don’t see any way of a getting around that. However, proper advise can only be given once a lawyer see’s those marriage document.
Di think 14 is the legal age for someone to work, RWA does not have any authority or legal power to change that. RWA’s are nothing but nuisance builders who want to make your life hell.you might have to fight for this
