DThats why India is a country that cannot become a developed nation, the base root cause of the systems is corruption, anything can be done, ppl can be r*aped, k*idnapped, k*illed and everything is excusable if you have money to throw at people, even the elections here are run on religious grounds, illegal immigrants are allowed with open hands here, even fake Aadhaar cards, voter cards can be made here.

improper education, lack of government support and a lot of problematic things hereAnything can happen in your favour if u have money to bribe , every person in the system is corrupt, and even if they are not ,, over the period they realise the harsh reality of the system and beceome corrupted, blinded by so much money as if they will take it with them when they die
