This is all a scary tactic being used by him to fend of the things. I too had similar case. I would suggest to first delete the review and take a lawyer with you at the station. And don’t forget to take the call recording along with screenshot or any documents which you might have to prove that you had conversation with the visa agency for the visa purpose

Raise the detailed complaint against the person along with date and every document if you have any to GRO of JIO, wait for a week for the reply. Someone definitely might get in touch. Moreover for airfiber jiosim connection is required but for JioFiber there is no compulsion

Drop a message to her in WA for documentation purpose that you want to leave and would like to exercise one month notice saying “As discussed” as a prefix. Uske baad bhi nautanki kare to ek mahine ka rent mat de aur dhire dhire saman leke nikal ja.

Leave the account unused. Generally in a year they will put it into dormant state and eventually after 5 year they will close it.
