This is going to be permanent scar, if you are not responsible or cannot control desire, you should face it. Hence, for this reason people came up with some restrictions.

Hope others learn from this, I know it’s hard, but IMO think twice taking out life.

There is plenty of life to enjoy but not at the cost of this outcome.

Not a Lawyer, but what does your dadi wants? Inquire if this causes her more trauma? I would suggest let her live in peace and running around courts, just delay the court date as much as possible.
