Unless it’s a real good camera, it won’t record audio that well, you have to be right under or pretty close for the audio to record clearly.

Also who has time to listen to recordings all the time, he’ll be going through hours of it to find anything useful, what exactly are you scared of? Is he recording video of your balcony?

You can purchase an audio jammer to feel more at ease. Unless he’s recording video of your inside apt, there’s nothing you can do legally. Everything posted in this thread is BS and if you somehow damage his property your will bring more problems for yourself.
