Do a strike, but need some organizers. We protested a few times during our college, you need the same.
ESo yeah you need to check local laws again. Consult a lawyer, you might anyways need one to send a notice to the society.We had different deeds for flat and parking and could potentially sell them separately but we sold them together.

Unless it’s a govt law, you don’t need any NOC from anyone. Your property, your decision.

Don’t buy this property, if this deal is too good to be true then it’s fraud anyways.

EYour genuine doubt is about what can you tell to these fake people??Just stay away, you are not police or judiciary to tackle imposters. If you identify someone is fake, then call the real police.
Don’t fall for scams, do your due diligence, research before investing money. You cannot control who is fake, but you can recognize and report.
EYou can create many “what if” scenarios doesn’t mean it’ll happen to you. Everything is case by case basis.I don’t deal with hypotheticals because then anything is possible.
If police is forcing you to get in the vehicle, you get in the vehicle. You think if you resist, they won’t take you away? They will take you away and put additional charge of resisting arrest.

EYou don’t argue with the police in the first instance.You take the ticket and move along. Nowadays I see so many people arguing unnecessarily.
Never has Police officer even touched me or said bad words, I’ve always been calm and polite with them.
ENALCheck your contract for loaners and company property. I highly doubt they can ask you for money, but if they insist tell them you will file a complaint against them.
If they want to fire you, that’s up to them but no need to run away since you didn’t do anything wrong.
