Don’t mess up with a lawyer. Will make your life hell by filing cases (even false/fake). If you’re rich, can hire a good lawyer to take care of everything and have enough free time, only then go ahead with filing a complaint.

Save some mental peace and enjoy with your family. Channel your anger into something good. Wishing you the best!

Try to get the CCTV recording as soon as possible of where the incident took place and post it on every social media including whatsapp. Specifically X/Twitter tagging police handles. This will make the process to find the culprits quicker.

Get rid of EMI, then CC because that will charge higher interest and then from small to big everything else.

You can clear this easily and live happily with your parents who would break completely if anything happened to you.

Personal experience: I cleared a loan of 15L recently, so I can understand how difficult it is but it can be done and life will be great after that.

You sound like feeling left out because you’re not a part of it. Don’t be a snitch if you call them friends. If they’re earning money by wrong means, law will definitely catch up with them some day.

And for the behaviour meted out to you, work hard, become so successful that they will never be able to reach out to you then.

Take this very seriously, make sure you file a police complaint under POSCO because these romeos can be very revengeful and egoistic. You have to keep your safety as priority and consider all consequences if you don’t file a complaint. If you don’t want to involve police, at least file a complaint with the faculty and threaten him that if he tries to contact you again, you’ll file a POSCO case and make sure he goes behind bars. Also have an adult (preferably a guy) accompany you to college for the next few weeks.
