Talk to the manager of your manager (skip level or even higher) about this problem(make sure they are from your city office only. Someone in a different city may not understand the issue). Ask them what step can you take about this. Don’t be confrontational. Ask them for suggestion.
We also had this issue in 2022. The skip level told us to try coming only once per week or skip it all together, because they knew the state of the seat allocation. Even my skip level manager was ejected from his seat one day when he was not able to book a seat and was sitting in someone else’s seat. ๐
