The govt provides rebates when you do a donation.
If you take money back, it isn’t a donation.

The mic isn’t really that good in most CCTV cameras. I really doubt it will give good audio. (But can’t say for sure unless we can get sample video files)

So you are contradicting your statement that you did not take your car out after PUC expired?

Please talk with an actual lawyer. Some context may be missing . Do not depend on online as of now.
You need to talk with a lawyer who specialises in labour law, I guess.

If you have not taken any leaves after resigning, the last date (hope you have calculated it correctly vased on your offer letter)
If you have taken leaves, add a few days to the notice period accordingly.

If this is a proper company and they have the proper HR tools, the resignation will get auto approved when 1-2 weeks are left of your notice period.

Try not to forward anything to your personal email during the notice period. Take pictures of the items instead.

Talk to your reporting manager to enquire about the next steps (do not burn bridges. Just ask them about this)

Have you turned the laptop on?
If yes, please install Lenovo Vantage software from Microsoft store (it may also be pre-installed. The icon will be in the system tray or you can search for it after clicking Start button)

The Vantage software also shows the serial number of the laptop. Try to see if the serial number shown inside Vantage is written anywhere on your bill or not.

I feel that Amazon has written the Model number of the laptop rather than the actual serial number of the laptop on the bill (it usually does this only for most electronic products. Mostly it prints the product number rather than serial number of phone/ext HDD/Pen drive on the bill)

When I bought a Lenovo laptop in 2017 from Amazon, I had to message the seller via Amazon to get the actual invoice with dealer stamp (Lenovo needed this for warranty registration at the time. Nowadays, if it is a verified seller on Amazon/FK, I don’t think it asks for the actual bill with dealer stamp)

Does the bill serial number have same number of digits as the serial number present on the box?

Lenovo can change the warranty date if you upload bill which has serial number and the date of purchase is mentioned on the bill.

Lenovo warranty starts a few months after date of manufacture automatically (Lenovo Vantage software when installed on the laptop, shows the date of expiry of warranty). When I had bought a laptop from offline shop, the manufacturing date was some 10 months back. What I remember is that the warranty had already started. But I registered for the warranty at the offline shop itself. After 10-14 working days, I received an email regarding warranty confirmation and ADP activation. After that, the expiry date changed within Lenovo Vantage app.

Without connections it is very difficult to file FIR. Because police have to investigate if FIR is filed.

If they are blocking your car entry gate, do not agree.
But CCTV cameras and get them to point at the places where they park (do not let it point into other peoples house) and also your house gate.

If they try to harm you, you have the perfect recipe to file a police complaint against them.

Also when they threaten you, try to get it video recorded by someone else. It may help you in proving your case. (Make 100’s of backups of those videos and keep it in multiple accounts online so that if your phone is lost, you proof does not disappear)

If they are blocking your entry gate (using which your car will reach indoor parking), they are at fault.

If they are parking infront of your house(on public road) without blocking your car entry gate, you are at fault.

I am really not sure about this.
But spending time beind such complaints would be bad overall for someone’s career. I know that standing up for one’s rights is required. Easy to ask someone else to put in a complain. But facing loss of employment due to it is not a good strategy overall.

Pay the money. Get the relieving letter. Join new job.
Then file complaint with labour comissioner.

Let the job be stable and only then file the complaint. Because it may take quite some time for them to process your complaint. There is no use of sitting idle for that time. And in this job market, no reason to start as a fresher.
Also if you have a gap in employment, a lot of recruiters will use that as an excuse to give less salary or not consider you for the opening.

Ask the RTO if Form 23 will do?
Form 23 should still be downloadable from Vaahan (it will be somewhere in the horizontal nav bar after you login into Vaahan using your car’s number)

What kind of trivial issues are retrieved by filing RTI? Any example?

And if they are trivial, how is it used for extortion?

Hire a lawyer and use the person to send a legal notice.

Also ask lawyer if it is ok to tag higher officials of Godrej and post the details on Facebook/Twitter/LinkedIn etc. do not be defamatory. Just state facts like you have done in this post
