If the dispute is resolved in your favour, you will get the amount credited to your balance anyway. But racking up interest charges on 40k INR makes no sense.

But somewhere on the ITR Portal (which is created by Infy by the way), it asks to not share credentials with anyone.Even when you use CA to file your return, you are not supposed to provide your credentials to them. Because they can file the returns and mark it as submitted by Self.
Ask the agency if they will agree to you sharing your screen when you open the ITR Portal. You can share screen, login to ITR Portal, download the filed IT Returns and send it to them via email (all while you are sharing your screen)
By the way, it is kind of stupid to detect dual employment via IT Returns. You can just mark money as Income from other sources instead of putting in company name.

So if the person tries to sell the car ahead, he won’t be able to. (I believe even PUC won’t be issued for blacklisted car)FThis is followed in most service companies (especially in those places which pay money against your accumulates leaves)If your company does not pay money for leaves which are not taken by you, you can ask them to reduce the notice period by that many number of days (this is a request and not a demand. FI am not sure if you can sue them. But I have heard that if parcel is sent to wrong address, there is a big enquiry and show cause done internally on India Post size.I don’t know what criteria they use to identify that parcel has been sent to wrong address. Because if you went to post office yourself and got separate challan for each parcel, then you had proof that you had put everything correctly. But here, as far as I understand, you used some intermediary who maybe filled in wromg information when booking the parcels. Will this qualify as India Post fault, I am not sure.
But do raise issue in CPGrams for this. And maybe a Consumer Forum complaint as well.
FForget the seat allocation guys. Reach out to the manager of the manager who is asking you to come to office. If something is to be done by the seat allocation guys, it will be done only if someone high up asks them to do something specific (like blocking seats for a specific project)FTalk to the manager of your manager (skip level or even higher) about this problem(make sure they are from your city office only. Someone in a different city may not understand the issue). Ask them what step can you take about this. Don’t be confrontational. Ask them for suggestion.We also had this issue in 2022. The skip level told us to try coming only once per week or skip it all together, because they knew the state of the seat allocation. Even my skip level manager was ejected from his seat one day when he was not able to book a seat and was sitting in someone else’s seat. 😀
