Any idea how this plays with HRA(they need to submit rental agreement for tax deduction right? ) for the tenant?
Would that hinder and become a reason for possible tenants to look away?

NAL, unrelated suggestion, did you book with your credit card by any chance, some travel credit cards(if you used one now, or travel much, you could look into it) offer compensation or similar for this exact scenario in addition to travel insurance, if I’m not wrong
