Additionally,
I have voice recording of the third party vendor where he has mentioned his charges and bribe being asked by police. Adding both comes 15k which is 10.5k lesser than what they have mentioned.

Plus, while I booking the car they give a peace of mind option where the maximum damage liability is capped to 3999. My relationship manager promised everything is included including the insurance, he didn’t specify the peace of mind but by everything I think they should also include it.
Shall I raise this point as well, being little subjective?
