      You can file writ petition in high court seeking direction to u freeze your account.

        Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007. They can seek protection from RDO/ Collector under this act, the son be restrained from entering into their home if he is abusive and violent. They can write a will with regard to their properties if they are Hindus/Christians and about 1/3rd of their property if they are Muslims… if they want they can transfer their property to their other son even when alive…

          Yes normally u need 1.5 years total. 1 year separation and 6 months cooling off period. 1 year is compulsory but the 6 months can be waived. Use a lawyer to speed up the process. Don’t listen to quacks who think family courts are like consumer courts and u can just get everything done by urself 😛

            File a partition suit in a civil court…. Let law take its course… if they claim nani left a will then challenge that will as well…
