Thank you soo much, but unfortunately my father doesn’t have any phone calls recorded but we do have complete history of the phone calls and duration of the calls with the centre….and regarding the history with the service, we had specifically mentioned only about mileage so many times, but they did responded and said they noted it down, but when I asked them to give the service history of the vehicle they haven’t mentioned it anywhere about it…when asked about it, they said speak to the respective person in-charge who noted it down, while those people aren’t there anymore working in this centre….

Please help me and my family out from this, we can’t afford either a new bike nor those heavy replacement costs after the warranty….
