First contact customer support again and tell them that you will be posting on Twitter and will be going to consumer court. If they still don’t offer a refund, post on twitter and mention flipkart.

Consumer court ka dhamki usually works and they will atleast give some refund. Don’t stop threatening. But take this as a lesson for future purchases

So i didn’t actually have to file an FIR, i threatened it and the guy immediately gave it back. It shouldn’t be much hassle, file the FIR first. Police should pay a visit to them.

I got back my money after threatening police action and you should do the same. File an FIR, if you have his email ID, let him know that you are filing an FIR via email. I am hoping that you transferred the money via upi or bank transfer, so keep those records handy

Lawyer’s job is to represent their client and make sure that they get the better end of the deal and they would do many such things to ensure that. I hope you have the same mindset for lawyers of wife beaters, rapists, murderers, money laundering folks, etc, either way, the fact remains the same
