POSH cases are supposed to be confidential. They are not reported to anyone outside the IC and the district office as an annual filing and that is also not public data. The risk you run is from the gossips and rumours, only they can reach your next employer. Otherwise formally, they wonβt get to know.
Also, if you are confident that the case is false, you should wait for the IC to come back. And if you are able to prove it false, IC can take action on the complainant too. However, lack of evidence doesnβt mean a false complaint either. So you have to be able to convince the IC that the complaint was false and the motivation to file a false complaint.
