1. Prove wife is cheating
2. Prove wife has sufficient income and is financially independent
3. Prove wife has done any form of cruelty
4. Prove you are unemployed and broke

March 13, 2025 at 10:20 amFirstly, if the minor is over 16 years of age at the time of crime, file an application to try him as an adult.Also, the juvenile justice board has the power to order the parents / guardians of the minor to pay compensation. If JJ Board refuses to order compensation, then you will have to file a civil suit for damages.
In addition to this, you should also apply for compensation under the Victim Compensation Scheme of your state.
