You will need to file a complaint and seek police protection, if you want to get married in your own home town and are afraid of retaliation from family.

Alternatively, you could move to some other city and apply for marriage from there.

A man can also seek alimony from wife if he is does not have independent income sufficient for sustenance.

Also, there are many ways to avoid or reduce the amount of alimony you have to pay. Examples:

        1. Prove wife is cheating

        2. Prove wife has sufficient income and is financially independent

        3. Prove wife has done any form of cruelty

        4. Prove you are unemployed and broke

That strategy does not work. You cannot override a law by signing any document.

A marriage done as per the proper rituals is valid as per the Hindu Marriage Act, even if it is not registered.

The marriage is void as registration is a requirement under the Special Marriage Act. However, children born from it are deemed to be legitimate. Custody will be granted based on decision of the court prioritising welfare on the children.

For a domestic flight, there should be no issue in carrying gold as long as you have all the bills etc. for the gold.

What is illegal is smuggling gold into or outside India.

You need to challenge the Court order passed in 2021. However, you have slept on your rights. Find a lawyer to appeal against that Order but you will need to justify why you did not appeal immediately.

A practicing advocate cannot join any company or start one without surrendering his license to practice.

Firstly, if the minor is over 16 years of age at the time of crime, file an application to try him as an adult.

Also, the juvenile justice board has the power to order the parents / guardians of the minor to pay compensation. If JJ Board refuses to order compensation, then you will have to file a civil suit for damages.

In addition to this, you should also apply for compensation under the Victim Compensation Scheme of your state.

Recording is sufficient. Make sure the recording has time stamp though. Sound measuring and all would only apply if it was being done during permissible hours.

Submit complaint to SHO of local police station in writing and ensure that he register’s FIR. If that does not work, then file a case before magistrate’s court.

Make sure to attach evidence that they are playing loud music past 10 pm.
