March 11, 2025 at 9:29 amFirst get in touch with Swiggy & CRED on email and try to resolve on email. If that does not work, then send them legal notice and proceed with filing consumer complaint.HHappyshark11

March 10, 2025 at 8:46 pmThey are not regulated by any law in India. Find yourself some nice PI agency online. They are generally run by ex-cops or other such people. People go to them to collect evidence for matrimonial dispute or get information on business rivals etc. Also, keep in mind that these guys cannot do anything illegal while gathering information, and good ones will inform that to you. But if you go for some shady one and he does something illegal and is caught, then even you would be held responsible.

March 10, 2025 at 6:02 pmIf you want to do UPSC you need to be much more knowledgeable and also learn how to formulate your thoughts more clearly! What do you mean you have been convicted if you did not go to court? Are you sure the police filed FIR? Was the money you gave a bribe? If they took a bribe I doubt they filed FIR.

March 10, 2025 at 1:11 pmYour employment is based on the terms of your appointment letter. You are being laid off since the company does not have enough work.If notice period is 3 months, then that is all they are required to pay. You can try to ask for severance pay but they are not obligated to pay it.

March 10, 2025 at 12:12 pmIs there any reason to impersonate you? There are many people who have same names (including fatherβs name). It is not something uncommon.March 10, 2025 at 12:08 pm in reply to: Neighbour Blocking Public Road, Facing Political Pressure and Delay in Registry Access #38244HHappyshark11

March 10, 2025 at 12:08 pmFile RTI Application to get whatever documents you need. There are fixed timelines as per RTI Act and they have to adhere to it.You will need to file your case in court and obtain injunction to stop construction. Make the municipal corporation & other involved departments a party to the Suit too.

March 10, 2025 at 12:04 pmMost likely that it is a coincidence. India has a huge population and it is unlikely that someone is impersonating you for a university degree. Why would someone even do that?March 10, 2025 at 10:49 am in reply to: Is there any point in making a complaint to the Bar Council of Maharashtra? #38360HHappyshark11

March 10, 2025 at 10:49 amI donβt know anyone personally but people file complaints against advocates frequently. Complaints against advocates are filed under Section 35 of the advocates act.If you think the advocate has stolen your money or misappropriated it, then you can file a police complaint too.
