Same – I got coaxed into giving service charge for consultation WHICH NEVER HAPPENED. On asking for refund, they refused.

NCH, Legal notice, still “we dont refund” :/.

No, they put just AC indoor and AC outdoor. 10k on each. Any tips?

I had put 10,000 there for AC outdoor unit. Still they are providing only 500.
