IYou can legally get separated from our parents, there is a process for that.

If he is threatening to legally implicate with false accusations then I can safeguard myself from that, i just want to know how.

He knows where I live, where I work, I don’t want to run and hide from him which might infuriate him further causing more harm.
IYes, I have actually, I don’t want their money or land.I am building my own legacy but I don’t to get in a situation where my family members or say uncle’s and brothers or even my father get legal power to push me out of my own home later.
II know that can be done but problem is I have one 7 years younger brother who might need me later in life when my uncle’s kid may try to get ownership of whatever land we have in our hometown.Both of them are older than us.
