i meant she hasn’t been in any proceedings and when the time of proceedings if courts asks for witnesses to come in and we are absent to the court is it okay??

iam really sorry for my post as iam really not aware in this subject

Yeah thank you so much for this…

till now she hasn’t been to any witness proceedings
if we didn’t appear in court when we received an order is it okay then?

and iam sure she only signed in the promissory note

Hey thank you soo much for responding.

as far as i saw the documents…she only signed only once in the promissory note as her name is included in witnesses..i really appreciate your help about this.

thankyou for the strength, without knowing what happened i went to my friend’s home and when the policemen came iam right there but they only asked about my friend and took him to the station idk what i am even worried about just getting really bad thoughts that iam ending up in jail😭 (very very big overthinker)
