Just meet him next to an auto rishaw stand, slap him and say you’re a pervert, stop trying to harass me in the local language. Then let locals take care of it. He won’t go to the police. School girls during my childhood used to use this against perverts, they would ask the auto rikshaw drivers for help. Many of them live with the rule sky above the head and dirt beneath the feet.
