For most people who left the country and got foreign citizenship I think none of this is an issue?

Exact thing happened to my dad . Initially they were okay with the compensation my father offered, full medical bills paid, then they decided to take advantage. Insurance got involved and they used their own lawyers to fight the case in court and insurance won.
