March 10, 2025 at 10:49 pmJust as a devil’s advocate: what if tenant has proof they paid 10 years of lease amount to the property management company?KKushpanda748

March 9, 2025 at 2:18 pmYes you can file FIR. Then your parents, living in their own house, will counter FIR by saying you entered their place of domicile and demanded your share and attacked mom. Dad was just defending his wife and property.Think next what happens. Both lawyers and police will take a large chunk and you will end up in jail for attacking an elder woman.

February 28, 2025 at 10:20 amI believe, easement access is 3 or 4 ft pathway and not road. So if the deed doesn’t have specifics about road access to your property, seller doesn’t have to give a road to your property, just an access. And going to court, you don’t know how long it takes.
So I would negotiate whatever the price you paid plus bank interest.

February 28, 2025 at 6:08 amThere are shady lawyers living by suing in India too. Watch the movie “Mukundan Unni Associates”. It’s in Malayalam, but available with subtitles and also in some other languagesFebruary 28, 2025 at 4:16 am in reply to: I don’t see a culture of Suing the company or a public administration department in India. February 28, 2025 at 4:16 amOn average, civil cases take 13 years to resolve due to a severe backlog of cases, insufficient judges, and systemic inefficiencies. And if the defense wants, the case can go foreverKKushpanda748

February 25, 2025 at 9:06 pmBe happy you got 6.5L back. I hope no matter what happens you will not cosign or take loan for anyone else. The same happened to my brother, who irrespective of my warning stood as a cosigner. The other person retired and got a lump sum. Still he didn’t repay anything. This is worse than scams happening with your close friends and relatives.
Sorry, bro.

February 25, 2025 at 2:46 pmDid you offer cash for keys? That’s say, you will pay them 1L if they vacate in a week. That would be cheaper than long court battle. BTW, we are fighting a court case for last 40 years and the original participants are all dead. Second generation is carrying out the case. Only lawyers are getting rich.February 20, 2025 at 3:44 am in reply to: Company demanding full year’s salary after I resigned within 5 daysβlegal advice needed! #51259KKushpanda748

February 20, 2025 at 3:44 amI resigned next day after joining, as for being 5 minutes late, HR asked me to take half day off. I said I will take whole day off (on the second day), and they said, no we mark half day off, but you work whole day. So I resigned and left. They kept sending letters and letters as my bond was 2 years of salary. It was 20 years ago and nothing happened.February 17, 2025 at 3:04 pm in reply to: Builder did not deliver flat, Bank is asking me to pay EMI #52317KKushpanda748

February 17, 2025 at 3:04 pmWhen my builder, long ago, disappeared with all our flat allottees money, we formed an association and completed the building ourselves. Court handed over the title for the land to all of us after we cleared the loan.So talk to other flat allottees and see what you can do collectively (file suit etc.)

February 15, 2025 at 2:23 pmLegally you are fine and you can buy. But, how bad is this broker? Any Mafia link? Is it worth going through the hassle? I would find another place without this broker.February 12, 2025 at 12:28 pm in reply to: Large Company Took Over Our Family & other Villagers Land (500+ Acres) #55536KKushpanda748
