April 13, 2025 at 6:05 pmA promissory note with a cheque for the amount they owe you. Legalize the document with Gazetted officer. If they don’t honor down the line, you can go to court and usually in 5 years court will award you the money. In addition you can file a criminal case for cheque fraud.
Since your friend has assets, these will help you recover your loan.

April 2, 2025 at 10:58 amThat project Mahagun Medalleo is still selling and ongoing, right? Talking about Ozone Urbana, I would say forget about any recovery. I lost money to another Bangalore scam involving 5000+ acre plot development. These mega projects are backed by politicians and enforcing any rules is impossible even if you win any case against them.KKushpanda748

April 2, 2025 at 6:11 amIn our case: 1 tower with 21 floors. But we had to build only 7 floors and rest we sold to a new builder. Don’t contract with a builder, rather sell the project and buy individual flat at the original agreed price with the old builder. You need court approval and other buyers agreement etc etcApril 2, 2025 at 3:53 am in reply to: Builder did not deliver flat, Bank is asking me to pay EMI #52337KKushpanda748

April 2, 2025 at 3:53 amThat means you have lot of buyers and money to complete the project. We after building our flats, sold all the remaining units (virtual) to a builder and made money. That builder is yet to build after 25 years.KKushpanda748

March 29, 2025 at 1:30 pmWhen I see cops shooting (in news) unarmed people during routine traffic stops in US, I think in India when cops stop you in traffic all you need is to pay just 100 bucks. Just keep normal life and stay away from trouble and trouble makers.March 21, 2025 at 4:19 pm in reply to: Neighbour keeps compaining about our kitchen chimney. March 21, 2025 at 4:19 pmThere’s nothing an unbiased police can do. But you know police like to collect money from both sides. So talk to your neighbor and come up with a solution where they are included but keeping the chimney and reducing the smoke or altering direction. That’s cheaper than going to our police

March 15, 2025 at 2:31 pmProbably tea stall is giving a cut for all the customers the lawyer brings. UPI keeps record and can be tracked. Lawyer already has your name and number. -
