      Yes, that’s generally how it works in a job.

      After you put down your papers, all payments are made lump-sum in a full and final settlement. This generally happens about 1-2 months after your last day at work.

      Try to apply for an advance from the company and see if that helps?

          You have two options, either you apologise profusely and plead to the user you abused to withdraw the complaint.

          Or you get a lawyer and defend yourself. (Which probably might not work out very well in the long run, but consult one to understand the things you can be help accountable for and the punishment for it).

          Winning an online argument can feel gratifying, but in case it goes the other way, this is what happens.
