LBro 15k-18k me to khassi aa jata hai. Mere yaha 10 khassi li thi 15k ke rate se(2021 rate) to 600-700 logo ne khaa liya tha ussi se.
Usme 50k aur de doge halwai ko to halwai 6-7 extra dishes bhi add kr dega.
LMail your complaint to them and your area’s SP, visit the concerned Thana and take a copy of the FIR.If you feel that no action is being taken then file an RTI asking for updates on your case. This should be enough.
If none of these help then your best option is to approach the court directly. Your lawyer will handle it from there.

LHe has most likely come across a Khatouni(land records from British times) and using that to stake a claim to your land.Just consult an advocate in the matter, meet the SP of your area and have it resolved as soon as possible cause the longer it goes on the more people will get involved trying to take a piece of your land.
Soon he’ll try to have 144 and 145 imposed on your property(and if he has religious “clout” then it’s likely that the cops will senselessly comply).
Then you’ll find land mafias trying to buy your property for 1/5th of the price.

LBtw if you ever get stuck with someone holding your original degree, you can just visit the head office of your respective Uni and get it reprinted for the cost of 1000-1500. I had my 12th degree reprinted from the CBSE office since I lost the original and it only cost me 500.LThat’s pretty common for most NGOs, long ago I was hired by one big name NGO and the conditions were the same there too. They just used those poor people for pity funding.
