April 8, 2025 at 9:38 pmMail your complaint to them and your area’s SP, visit the concerned Thana and take a copy of the FIR.If you feel that no action is being taken then file an RTI asking for updates on your case. This should be enough.
If none of these help then your best option is to approach the court directly. Your lawyer will handle it from there.

April 8, 2025 at 8:36 pm1. Yes, making out in public is illegal. You can hold hands but making out can be considered obscenity. If you’re confused about whether something of that sort is permissible just think “Would we do it in front of a child?”2. No, hitting you wasn’t really legal.
3. Irrelevant
4. Did they give you any sort of receipt? If not then it was surely a bribe. You paid for their booze lol.
5. Jab 2k the to hotel jana tha na. You put your girl and your own life in danger. Those cops most likely patrol that area to find people like you.

April 8, 2025 at 11:06 amThat is also covered. If you’re surrounded then we can establish that their intent was to hurt you, which will be enough reason for you to act in self defence. Ab bhai tujhe gher ke khade hain to chup chaap to rahenge nahi, they’ll obviously say that they’re going to attack you.But you’re a minor so try to avoid such confrontation. Best advice for people in India: Don’t be a hero. Even if you’re innocent you’ll still suffer thanks for the laggy judiciary which will take months to just hear your case, itne me police ghoos leke tujhe andar daal de to kya hi kar loge? Time to tumhara hi waste hoga.

April 6, 2025 at 5:36 pmYesss. The income tax department has now started reading your WhatsApp chats(without getting court order) to find tax evasion. You think they won’t do the same to find a whistleblower? You’re not safe unless you’re outside India.April 6, 2025 at 5:33 pm in reply to: How to tip off some originations about evil things done by a powerfull #20049LLokeshknight932

April 6, 2025 at 5:20 pmThere’s no such thing as whistleblower protection in India. You’ll be found under some ditch if the news gains traction.Take the step if you’re politically connected, otherwise don’t risk your life.

April 6, 2025 at 6:44 amHe has most likely come across a Khatouni(land records from British times) and using that to stake a claim to your land.Just consult an advocate in the matter, meet the SP of your area and have it resolved as soon as possible cause the longer it goes on the more people will get involved trying to take a piece of your land.
Soon he’ll try to have 144 and 145 imposed on your property(and if he has religious “clout” then it’s likely that the cops will senselessly comply).
Then you’ll find land mafias trying to buy your property for 1/5th of the price.
Get an order from the court or SP that he’s not allowed near your property and that should solve it.
We had the same issue with some property my family bought, met the local minister and he recommended we hire some goons and cops. We just paid him a small amount and he had it all resolved.

April 4, 2025 at 7:29 pmBtw if you ever get stuck with someone holding your original degree, you can just visit the head office of your respective Uni and get it reprinted for the cost of 1000-1500. I had my 12th degree reprinted from the CBSE office since I lost the original and it only cost me 500.April 4, 2025 at 2:28 pm in reply to: Can a 16F Sue an NGO for secretly doing horrible Activities? #21499LLokeshknight932
