That seller looks suspicious. Seller has to be present in Bengaluru. Also 1.3 lakh is not too good to be true price. But it is less than the actual price in the current market. You have been cheated by the seller. Amazon is reluctant to refund as they probably processed everything by now. If you are already done contacting amazon regarding this, your best option will be NCH. Write a note of everything happened after the purchase. Attach three images as visual proof and wait for their response. Meanwhile keep pushing amazon for the refund.

My sister is in the same condition. Trophy wife, no privacy, even about the jewelleries. I have suggested her a separation. As a brother, that was probably the worst yet the most logical suggestion I have ever given to her. But she is hesitant. At least you have courage to bring it up. Don’t think about it much as you have support of your family. Tell him how unhappy you are with him and you don’t see anything nice in this marriage.

It’s entirely possible that Zomato issued refund. But bank didn’t credit it to your account. As per their claim that they have refunded your money. So they should share the reference number with you. The reference number is the key to your refund. Push them even harder to get it. It’s not easy to win against corporates, but it’s possible. I won against Samsung. Zomato is not even 1% of Samsung.

If they have refunded your money, the reference number should be there. Ask them the reference number. Also if you had multiple bank accounts on PhonePe, did you pay from the default account? If you pay from other account, the refund might come to the default account. I suggest you to collect all the proofs you have. Scrutinize default account and pay account statement in case they are different from the date of deduction to next 14 days.

Yes, do this. Your account is unfrozen, that’s good. But you need to teach them a lesson. If I suggest, close the account now. Trust me they will literally beg you not to close the account. Fill up the account closure from with all the possible complaints. I did it too. I had my fun.
