LIt’s not for solving this issue…it’s about this person being compliant with law…agar IRCTC ke taraf se agreement hui hai then it’s safe to just send them an intimation…coz from what I’ve read they are also named in the agreement.LHaan toh Don’t you think you need to send the notice to both parties…this rentee as well as IRCTC?LNAL here but if the Agreement is in the guys name and if you have asked him to vacate the premises then he has to. His wife, if she doesn’t leave is then an illegal occupant, and you can then file a police complaint against her. But I don’t think baat utni tak aani chahiye.LThen keep all contingencies ready for if and when a sexual harassment case happens to be filed. You should have filed a case on them before they could have. A NC of theft, deceit and absconding at the local police station.
Then started emptying the property by giving them a one month’s notice via email at least.
In that case a sexual harassment case from the wife would look baseless to begin with.
Also sexual harassment case karne ke liye proof toh chahiye na?…

Your BF is not the owner of the place and even if by sheer legal power and all you win this, then the building society and the owner will later make your life difficult through other means and lastly agle L&L Agreement ke renewal pe they will kick you out.LNAL here and welcome any corrections thus, but I believe this is what the usual process would be,1. All the children and husband and parents are Class I legal heirs of the deceased irrespective of their gender and have equal claim on the gold since it is a Hindu family (mentioned in one of the comments).
2. I think Succession Certificate banega given that it is a movable asset.
