-> See, your thinking may be genuine and without any bad faith. But, unknowingly you did all the things that one with bad faith will do –1. Use existing Trademark/Brand Name for your own benefit.
2. Tried to sell the domain for a price to the trademark holder.
3. Ran AdSense and monetized the content by using the trademark name.Any one of these is enough to make your UDRP case weak, but here, you violated them all. There is no stand at your side. There is no ground on which you can say that your intentions were pure.
Just forget and move on.

A few years back, some Indian was able to register Google.com, and he got compensated really well by Google as he didn’t take it with bad faith! Just search and read that story.
