May 3, 2025 at 9:05 amHey, thanks. I saw those terms and conditions as well. If the product is advertised with mega deal and they show a discounted computation, discount is valid.
If it wasn’t applied at the time of checkout, I’ll consider it as an issue. That’s why I’m chasing this.LLuckyowl5020

May 1, 2025 at 4:38 amIf you refer to link above you can clearly see even to date Myntra is offering 10% discount upto ₹ 1500 upon using HSBC card. In Tata Neu , you can use ICICI gold to get flat ₹1000 discount on gold coins upon purchasing above ₹ 20000.
So, gone are the days where offers were not applicable to gold coins. If something is offered as promotion, they must pay up. If there is a TnC, I would gladly accept if they can show the same. The thing is, they have not been able to point to it.April 30, 2025 at 6:45 am in reply to: E commerce app promotional offer discount isn’t refunded. #5530LLuckyowl5020

April 30, 2025 at 6:45 amI agree, in this case the offer was present as part of the product page, it showed a computation of final price after applying order. It also mentioned no promo code is needed and the discount will be applied at the payment page.
An example of the offer which is available right now as well.Kalyan Jewellers 24K (999) Purity OHM Gold Coin 2 Gms https://www.myntra.com/mailers/jewellery/kalyan-jewellers/kalyan-jewellers-24k-(999)-purity-ohm-gold-coin-2-gms/31416947/buy?utm_source=social_share_pdp&utm_medium=deeplink&utm_campaign=social_share_pdp_deeplink
Hence the argument of card being ineligible or offer not applicable to coins is not valid.
