March 12, 2025 at 8:25 amIts the “too much for police to enforce loophole”
Proceedings are unlikely to happen unless the police catches them in the act of production, restricting access is usually handled at the ISP sideMarch 5, 2025 at 7:06 pm in reply to: im friends with a pedophile and i dont know if i should take action #41182MMadhavfox617

March 3, 2025 at 6:48 pmyes adding to that, while these are noted, reported by news and in some cases live streamed, they are at the end of the day oral conversations between lawyers and judges, so stuff which would be too informal for a judgement is common as observations, especially in the early procedural hearings like in this case – these are not and are not expected to be well thought out, but more or less whatever comes to mind – this is especially true because due to backlog these hearings are resolved quickly
you wont see all this in anything writtenMMadhavfox617

February 4, 2025 at 4:46 pmThis is wrong. Gang rape is only punishable by death in cases where the victim is a minor (albeit, in cases of rape the age criteria is below 12 and not below 18 for death).January 21, 2025 at 4:17 pm in reply to: Friend married his (now ex) gf a long time ago and did not take any divorce while breaking up. #69525MMadhavfox617

TL;DR: murder was not only premeditated, but accused made multiple failed attempts before finally succeeding – this shows that even after many attempts there was no remorse; motive was quite horrible as she treated victim as merely obstacle in marriage, while victim was deeply in love
