MIf you want to gain some knowledge of the law to help out as a CA/look good on your CV doing CS (Company Secretary) is infinitely easierMyes probably, unless its important to you its always easier to not have marital surname in legal docs as getting stuff changed is a pain, and getting new docs (esp. passport) is a pain when you have different names in different docs
