definitely should proceed with filing an FIR against the Bank Employees, Branch Manager and the Banking entity itself.

let your friends and family know about this, and tell them to not take their calls and not to share your information with them,

keep records of everything she’s doing so you have documentary evidence if anything happens in near future

you need to gather sufficient and appropriate evidence that you had given him a loan and the amount he transferred in your bank account was him repaying the loan back

you did not sign the offer letter, it clearly says if you don’t submit a signed copy within 72 hours the offer stands void, so there’s nothing you need to worry about

just ignore them, max they could do it that they might blacklist you from working at their company again

in that case, i recommend that you try to collect a duplicate copy of registry documents from the sub-registrar and sign a Crop Sharing Agreement (Batai Agreement) with your relative,

with this, in future, you’ll have proof that your mom is the legal owner of the land, and she allowed a tenant/sharecropper (your relative) to farm her agricultural land in exchange for compensation as a percentage of crop yield.

adverse possession requires 12 years of continuous *hostile* possession based on title as per Article 65 of Schedule I of the Limitation Act, 1963.

since your mother’s bank statements indicate her consent as she has been receiving a share of profits since past 20 years, it is unlikely that your uncle or cousin can claim ownership, however, you should try to collect a duplicate copy of registry documents from the sub-registrar.

i would recommend resigning formally, it would leave a good impression and protect you from future trouble, cite a reason like moving to village or something similar, also it’s always better to leave when you have another job offer in hand

no you’re not a mess, you have terrible controlling parents, there’s not much you could do about it tho,

no matter how much you try, i could bet they will never understand how they make you feel, they’ll realise on their own,

just a couple more months and then you’ll start with college, life would be much better once you move out

You would need to buy a β‚Ή50 Non Judicial Stamp paper, you can print your draft on that paper and get it signed by them.

You can also print a β‚Ή50 Non Judicial e-Stamp paper online if you live in one of [these](https://nesl.co.in/states-for-digital-e-stamping/) states.

I think that’s enough. But if you want more peace of mind, then you can make them sign an undertaking on a β‚Ή50 non judicial stamp.
