      You are not liable to pay anything to him. What you owe to zoom cars is already paid.

      Even if you pay out of fear, what’s the guarantee that he’ll not blackmail you again for the entire price of a new car?? Or not put false cases???

      Stop worrying unnecessarily and block his numbers, deactivate your social profiles for a while. Forgot about it.

        Amazon usually processes refunds immediately after successful pickup. Why is your refund not processed after pick-up?

          What if it was an invasive surgery? As they have no waiting period, anything should be covered. Is there any clause regarding invasive procedures?
          Asking as I have acko for my parents. Also, if you don’t mind, can you explain what was the condition and what the treatment was.

            Same near any visa office, RTO office, registration office etc. in any state. the govt officials inside have a cut in those profits.
            That’s why I make sure to get all required prints beforehand.

              Dude chill. Talking to amazon customer care agents is a waste of time as half of them are dumb. They won’t look into case history. All they care about is to close the call as soon as possible.

              Start an email thread just saying that the item is not delivered. They ask you to wait for a few days (usually 15 days from the expected delivery date). Follow up on the same thread after that time is completed. Usually they refund after that. If they still drag it, just forward this email chain and loop in Amazon ceo email.

              Then these cases are handled by the executive escalation team, which are resolved quickly.
